  • How to Start a Return

    If your order didn’t turn out how you expected, no worries — just contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Please have your order number ready when you reach out.

  • Return Eligibility
    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
    • Include your order number inside the package.
    • If you no longer have the original packaging, please contact us for assistance.
  • Return Shipping
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
    • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we’re not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
  • Refunds
    • Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
    • If the item is not in resellable condition, a partial refund may apply. We’ll notify you if that’s the case.

  • Damaged or Defective Items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we’ve got you covered. Contact us right away and we’ll send a replacement parts or, in necessary cases, a complete replacement while covering all shipping costs. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to report a claim.
