Returns
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our outdoor poly furniture and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Initiating a Return:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your product. Please provide your order number, contact information, and a brief reason for the return.
2. Packing Your Return: Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all the packaging intact. Pack the item securely, including your order number.
Return Shipping:
1. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.
2. Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds:
1. Inspection: Upon receipt, all returned items undergo an inspection. Items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
2. Processing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
3. Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the item to be replaced or repaired as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
