Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. Your furniture is delivered using the fastest and most reliable method available to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

  • Lead Times

    All Wildridge furniture is made-to-order. Current lead times are 1–2 weeks. For the most accurate information on a specific item, please check the product page for its listed lead time. If your order includes items with different lead times, the entire order will ship based on the longest lead time.

    Note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing on the next business day.

  • Tracking & Notifications

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. You can also reach out to the carrier directly for detailed updates.

  • Freight Delivery (LTL)

    For larger items or high-volume orders, your shipment may be delivered via a freight carrier. Here's what to expect with standard freight delivery:

    • Orders are delivered curbside or to the closest safe location near your home
    • The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
    • An adult (18 or older) must be present to receive and sign for the delivery
    • For specific delivery instructions, we recommend creating an account with FedEx or UPS to manage drop-off preferences like garage placement or access codes; these requests are at the driver’s discretion and may incur additional carrier fees


    Note: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any items appear damaged or incorrect, note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) before signing and contact us immediately.

  • Delivery Requests

    Need your order by a specific date? Prefer to delay delivery? Contact us before placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Non-Standard Shipments

    We currently ship within the continental U.S. only. If you're interested in delivery outside this region or need a custom shipping quote, please contact us directly. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
